(Expand for session descriptions.)

Physical enhancements to make us look better and function better are becoming more sophisticated every year. A huge enhancement industry continues to grow. But are all physical upgrades simply a matter of personal choice? Jewish law has some important insights.

One of the weightiest conversations on our national agenda surrounds the issue of reparations for past wrongs and injustices. When mistreatments occurred in previous generations, how does that obligate us today? The Jewish historic experience offers some useful approaches to consider.

Amazingly enough, autonomous vehicles will soon be part of our daily lives. But it turns out that autonomous vehicles do raise certain legal issues. Could Jewish law from millennia ago help us think about an invention as cutting-edge as autonomous vehicles? Why not?

With CLE credit: $30/session or $180 all sessions
Without CLE credit: $25/session or $150 all sessions

This course is open to all; you need not be a legal professional to attend.

Underwritten by the Alan Papernick Educational Institute.
