The Jewish Moral Virtues
Wednesday, December 15, 2021 @ 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM
|Recurring Event (See all)
An event every week that begins at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, repeating until Thursday, January 27, 2022

There are many features of being an upstanding human being that are impossible to legislate. They belong to the realm of character. And being a person of “good character” means exhibiting a range of moral virtues. In this course, Rabbi Schiff will explore Jewish teaching on critical moral virtues. Based on the qualities listed in the thirteenth century Sefer Maalot Hamiddot (The Book of the Choicest Virtues) Rabbi Schiff will explore the contemporary application of these moral virtues to our twenty-first century lives.
COST: $65 for 13 sessions (all sessions online via Zoom)
